General Admission ($300)

VIP ($2,500)

  • One VIP ticket to the Ball on 1/19
  • Exclusive VIP meet and greets, bars, spaces, red carpet, etc.
  • Access to book a room at the Washington Hilton

Platinum VIP ($10,000)

  • Two VIP tickets to the Ball on 1/19 and two seats at the VIP Sponsor Dinner on 1/18
  • Exclusive VIP meet and greets, bars, spaces, red carpet, etc.
  • Access to book a room at the Washington Hilton 

Ultra Platinum VIP ($15,000)

  • Two VIP tickets to the Ball on 1/19, two attendee spots at the Texas Business Conference on 1/18 and two seats at the VIP Sponsor Dinner on 1/18
  • Exclusive VIP meet and greets, bars, spaces, red carpet, etc.
  • Access to book a room at the Washington Hilton

This is a 21+ event designed for adults. Requests to bring someone under 21 should be sent to hotline@texasstatesociety.org and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests will not be accepted after December 1, 2024. 

No refunds on ticket purchases will be granted for any reason. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our no cancellations or refunds policy on tickets purchased for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, health matters/restrictions, changes in travel plans, unanticipated election results, or other reasons.

Bag policy

Bags brought into the event cannot be larger than a 5” by 7” by ¾”. Exceptions may be made for larger bags used for medical reasons. Any such bag must be presented for search and special tagging. All bags are subject to search at any time.

  • Luggage of any kind
  • Computer bags
  • Camera bags
  • Exceptions may be made for bags used for medical reasons.

Prohibited Items

  • Firearms of any kind
    Weapons* (including, without limitation, pocket knives), fireworks and other illegal substances
  • Camera lenses in excess of eight inches, tripods, monopods and selfie sticks
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Self-defense sprays (including, without limitation, pepper spray and mace)
  • Toy guns or toy knives (including, without limitation, water guns)
  • Any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate or otherwise violating Washington Hilton Policy
